New to my World? Well, Relax and Get to Know Me a Bit...

My love for writing blossomed in the sixth grade, when my teacher began each day with a one-sentence story prompt on the chalkboard. All the students would write a one page story from that prompt every morning and I immediately fell in love with the craft.
But my love was torn between writing and ballet, and I chose to passionately pursue the dance world through high school and into college. I never stopped writing though, keeping journals and notebooks full of thoughts and dreams over the years. Halfway through college, it became clear that my dance dreams would not be fulfilled, so I switched gears and obtained a Mass Media degree, going on to work as television news producer right out of college. |

After four years in the TV world, God changed my path again as I married a military man and began the life of moving every two to three years. Full-time motherhood became my job as I birthed three beautiful children while we moved around the world.
I always knew the Lord but strayed from Him for many years. He called me back to His arms after the birth of my first child and my life has never been the same.
I’ve seen first-hand the power of having a real relationship with our Heavenly Father and the transformation of allowing His grace into your life.
I wrote What If I Name Her Grace in just 30 days. The words flowed easily as I recounted the many ways God moved in my life and molded my into the wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend I am today.
This is my first book, but my writing has been featured in several publications, including For Every Mom, Thrive Global, Elephant Journal, Hidden in God, and Faith on Every Corner magazine.
